Rehab Train Perform started in 2020 with the idea to close the gap between traditional physiotherapy and evidence based Strength and Conditioning and since completed over 2000 appointments.

The company name describes the pathway clients will follow when starting with us. Firstly, starting with a consultation  training to prevent re-occurrence of injuries. Finally training is focused on improving human performance specific to the individual's needs analysis.

The idea of a practitioner seeing patients on a massage plinth once a week for various passive treatments to then come back and repeat week after week is no longer acceptable. This is why our philosophy is based around a thorough first assessment establishing a treatment plan predominantly involving active strength based exercises. This gives you accountability for your health and less dependency on a coach, leading to long-term success and positive lifestyle changes.
