RTP’s Golf Physical Assessment builds the foundations for future training. We use an adaptation-led approach with rationale for every exercise in your program. Ed is a highly skilled, experienced, forward thinking professional specialising in golf physical preparation.

Your movement is assessed for mobility and stability at key joints throughout the golf swing.

Your Strength and Power is assessed using force plate technology and hand held dynamometer to take the guessing out of your preparation.
